If we don’t have the perfect match in stock, we will provide you with a detailed quote, including specifications and a 3D rendering of your customized shed.

You can choose your siding, trim, and metal roof colors from our standard palette. If you don’t find the ideal shade among our options, we offer a custom color matching service for your preferred paint color for just $100.

Once you confirm that the design aligns with your needs, you can place your order in person at our office or over the phone. For cash sales, a 50% deposit can be made via cash, check, or credit card (+2% fee). We will also provide you with an estimated completion time for your building. 

If it’s a prebuilt in-stock shed, delivery will occur within two weeks, and we offer free delivery within 50 miles of our sales lot.

If you choose to take advantage of our No Credit Check Rent to Own program, which includes a 90 Days Same as Cash option, you’ll simply need to make a small down payment based on the shed price. Monthly payments will commence after delivery.

As your shed nears completion, our delivery team will contact you to schedule a delivery date that works for you.

Upon arrival, our delivery expert will assist you in finding the optimal placement for your new shed. They may utilize a "Mule," a specialized machine designed for moving portable sheds, to ensure precise positioning. The expert will also make sure your shed is level before departing from your location.

Once your shed is set up, it will be ready for use. You can start moving in your belongings and enjoy the satisfaction of having your dream shed!
