In case we don't have an ideal match in stock, we will send you a detailed quote with specifications and a 3D rendering of your customized shed.

You have the option to select the color of your siding, trim, and metal roof from our standard color choices. If you don't find the perfect color among our standard options, we can even custom color match your preferred paint color for only $100.

Once you confirm the design meets your requirements, you can place your order either in person at our office or over the phone. For cash sales, a 50% deposit can be made in cash, check, or credit card (+2% charge). We will provide you with an estimated completion time for the building. If it's a prebuilt In Stock shed, delivery will be within 2 weeks. Includes Free Delivery within 50 miles of sales lot

If you decide to take advantage of our No Credit Check Rent to Own program, which includes a 90 Days Same as Cash option, you simply make a small down payment based on the shed price. Your monthly payments will begin after delivery.

Once your shed is nearing completion, our delivery team will contact you to schedule delivery and arrange a convenient day for receiving your new shed.

Upon arrival at your location, our delivery expert will assist in determining the best placement for your new shed. They may use a "Mule", a machine specifically design to move portable sheds to fine-tune the shed's position. He will also ensure it is level before leaving your location.

Once your shed is in place, it's all set for use. You can start moving in your belongings and allowing you to enjoy the fulfillment of your new dream shed!
