At ShedsAZ, quality starts with craftsmanship. Our sheds and ADUs are hand-built by skilled Mennonite craftsmen, known for their dedication to precision, integrity, and time-honored building methods. If it’s a prebuilt in-stock shed, delivery will occur within two weeks, and we offer free delivery within 50 miles of our sales lot.

If you choose to take advantage of our No Credit Check Rent to Own program, which includes a 90 Days Same as Cash option, you’ll simply need to make a small down payment based on the shed price. Monthly payments will commence after delivery.

When your new shed is built, a member of our delivery team will contact you to schedule a delivery date that works for you.

Upon arrival, our delivery expert will assist you in finding the optimal placement for your new shed. They may utilize a "Mule," a specialized machine designed for moving portable sheds, to ensure precise positioning. The expert will also make sure your shed is level before departing from your location.
