Free Delivery within 100 miles for custom builds from our build shop in Dewey, AZ

The first 50 miles are Free for pre-built storage sheds sold from our sales lots.

Additional fees may apply for more than 5 miles of dirt roads or rough roads.

Yes, we offer an electrical packages which include the breaker box, inside wiring, one switch, three outlets and two boxes for overhead lights. We can also add additional components upon request based on your needs. We can also finish out your shed with R-19 insulation, tongue and groove lap siding on walls/ceiling and vinyl flooring.

We are eager to assist you in finding the best solution tailored to your specific needs. In case we don't have an exact match in stock, we will send you a detailed quote with specifications and a 3D rendering of your customized shed.

You have the option to select the color of your siding, trim, and metal roof from our standard color choices. If you don't find the perfect color among our standard options, we can even custom color match your preferred paint color.

Once you confirm the design meets your requirements, you can place your order either in person at our office or over the phone. For cash sales, a 50% deposit can be made in cash, check, or credit card (+2% charge). We will provide you with an estimated completion time for the building. If it's a prebuilt In Stock shed, delivery will be within 2 weeks. Includes Free Delivery within 50 miles of sales lot

If you opt for our No Credit Check Rent to Own program, which includes a 90 Days Same as Cash option, you simply make a small down payment based on the shed price, and your monthly payments will begin after delivery.

After completion, our delivery team will contact you to schedule delivery and set a convenient day for receiving your new shed.

Upon arrival at your location, our delivery expert will assist in determining the best placement for the structure. They may use a "Mule", a machine specifically design to move portable sheds to fine-tune the shed's position and ensure it is level before leaving your location.

Once your shed is in place, it's all set for use. You can start moving in your belongings and enjoy using the shed of your dreams!

If you do not have the funds to complete your purchase today, you can take advantage  of our easy rent to own program for any of our sheds that can be delivered. You simply pay a low down payment to get your shed ordered and scheduled for delivery. Your first RTO payment will not be due until after your shed is delivered.

We have 24, 36 and 48 Month options. (60 months on $7500+)

We also offer 90 days Same as Cash.

No Prepayment penalties, you can payoff your shed at anytime. You can use the early payoff option at anytime. Our Rent to Own company Carefree Rentals will provide you with the early payoff amount every month on you statement.

Your new shed will be delivered with a semi truck, hauling a purpose built hydraulic fully adjustable shed trailer that allows your new storage shed to be unloaded and set most places. Our delivery driver also has a "mule" shed mover to help get your shed into tighter spaces.

Our delivery driver has a specialized hydraulic tool called a "mule" that allows him to maneuver your new shed into tighter places. If you have a gate to enter your property, it needs to be at least one foot wider than the shed you are ordering. The path must also be free from obstacles that would prevent the shed from being turned or any overhead obstacles preventing a clear path to the final placement spot for your new shed.

We can also build onsite in your backyard if there is not access for delivery.

Yes absolutely you can finish out your new shed or we have some finish out options available. We do also offer an electrical package add-on option which includes a breaker box, 1 switch, 3 outlet plugs, 2 places for overhead lighting and the interior wiring to get you started. You can have a new home office, workshop or studio ready to go very quickly.

Yes absolutely, we can build your storage shed or garage on your property for an additional 5% if within 100 miles from our build shop in Dewey, AZ. We can Deliver Buildings up to 16'X56'.

No, you do not need to have a concrete slab poured. Your new shed can be placed directly onto level ground. It is built on pressure treated 4X6 skids with pressure treated 2X6 floor joists on top of that.  We can definitely place your new shed on a concrete slab if you have one, it is just not required. Some people choose to put concrete blocks or  gravel pad under their shed. Both of these options are fine, just not required.
